Authorization form

This Authorization Form allows Ashly Web Solutions LLC to act on your behalf for the specific purposes outlined below — such as purchasing/renewing domains and hosting, accessing third-party accounts, making payments on your behalf, or publishing content — in the course of delivering your project. Please read carefully, fill in the relevant sections, and sign/submit as instructed.

1. Purpose of This Form

By completing and submitting this Authorization Form, you (“Client”) grant Ashly Web Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) permission to perform one or more of the following actions strictly for the purpose of completing your project:

• Purchase, renew, or manage domain name(s) on your behalf
• Purchase, configure, or manage hosting/server accounts on your behalf
• Access and make changes to your existing website, CMS, hosting panel, or third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook, app stores) as required for the project
• Install, configure, or update plugins, themes, or third-party integrations
• Publish, update, or remove content on your live website/app as agreed
• Charge the payment method provided for approved project costs, domain/hosting renewals, or agreed subscriptions (only where explicitly authorized in Section 4)

We will only take actions that are within the agreed project scope. Any action outside the agreed scope will require your separate written approval.

4. Payment Authorization (if applicable)

If you are authorizing us to make payments on your behalf (e.g., for domain registration, hosting, or third-party licenses):

• I authorize Ashly Web Solutions LLC to charge the payment method on file / provided separately, up to a maximum of [amount], for the specific items listed above.
• Any recurring charges (e.g., annual domain/hosting renewal) will only be made with prior notice to the Client, unless the Client has opted in to auto-renewal below.
• I opt in to automatic renewal for the items checked above until I provide written notice to cancel.

We do not store full payment card details; payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Access Credentials

Where access to existing accounts is required, the Client will provide the necessary credentials (or grant collaborator/admin access directly) securely. Ashly Web Solutions LLC agrees to:

• Use access solely for the purposes outlined in this form and the project scope.
• Not share credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Return, revoke, or remove its access upon project completion or upon Client’s written request.

6. Duration of Authorization

This authorization is valid from the date of signing until:

• The completion and handover of the project, or
• [Date/Duration specified by Client], or
• Written revocation by the Client, whichever comes first.

The Client may revoke this authorization at any time by emailing contact@ashlywebsolutions.com with the subject line “Authorization Revocation.”

7. Client Declaration

By signing below, I confirm that:

1. I am the authorized owner or representative of the business/website/app named above, with the authority to grant this permission.
2. The information provided in this form is accurate and complete.
3. I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy of Ashly Web Solutions LLC.
4. I understand that Ashly Web Solutions LLC will act only within the scope explicitly authorized above.
